2. What this website is

The Site provides general information about InAcres and our Community-Supported Agriculture (CSA) projects, and lets you enquire about visiting a farm or becoming a co-farmer. The content is for information only. It is not an offer, a solicitation, or a binding commitment, and it does not form part of any contract to buy, lease, or manage land.

3. Not financial or investment advice

Nothing on the Site is financial, investment, tax, or legal advice, and nothing here should be read as a promise or projection of returns, yields, or profit. Farming outcomes depend on weather, markets, and many factors outside our control. Any figures we share are illustrative. Please take your own independent advice before making any decision, and rely only on the specific written agreement you sign with us.

4. Enquiries and accurate information

When you submit an enquiry form or message us, please give accurate details so we can respond. How we handle the information you share is explained in our Privacy Policy. You must not use the Site or our forms unlawfully, to impersonate another person, or to send us anything harmful, misleading, or that you do not have the right to send.

5. Intellectual property

The Site and its content (text, photographs, video, graphics, logos, and design) belong to InAcres Agrofarms LLP or our licensors and are protected by law. You may view and share links to the Site for personal, non-commercial use. You may not copy, republish, or use our content or brand for any other purpose without our written permission.

The Site links to other services we use or reference, for example WhatsApp, YouTube, Instagram, Facebook, Google Maps, and Just Nature. We do not control those services and are not responsible for their content or their own terms and privacy practices. Your use of them is at your own risk.
